Diolch yn gynnes i Mrs Hazel Williams Jones am wasanaeth teimladwy yn Amlosgfa Pentrebychan, i'r Parchedig Elfyn Richards am lywio'r Gwasanaeth o Gofio a Diolch am Fywyd Huw yng nghapel Seion Corwen mor arbennig a phwrpasol, ac i Mrs Gwenda Humphreys yr organyddes. Diolch hefyd i Westy'r Owain Glyndwr am baratoi'r lluniaeth ac i'r ymgymerwr Peredur Roberts Cyf. Cyfarwyddwr Angladdau Bridge Street, Corwen am ei drefniadau gofalgar. Gwerthfawrogwn y cyfan. Kath and Jack, Gwen and Derek, Llion and Angela, David and Sue and their families wish to express their thanks and appreciation to everyone --- family, friends and acquaintances for the condolences extended to them during their sad bereavement. Thank you all for the numerous cards, letters, calls and generous donations of £2,700 received towards ITU Care Wrexham General Hospital and Corwen Football Club. Warm thanks to Mrs Hazel Williams Jones for her sensitive ministrations at the Pentrebychan Crematorium,to the Rev. Elfyn Richards for steering the Service of Rememberance and Thanksgiving at Seion Chapel Corwen with special dignity and to the organist Mrs Gwenda Humphreys. Thank you also to the Owain Glyndwr Hotel for preparing refreshments and to the undertaker Peredur Roberts Cyf. Funeral Director, Bridge Street Corwen for his caring arrangements. We appreciate everything.
